6/5 stars!!! We had the pleasure of both selling our previous home and purchasing our new home with Alex. Alex was patient and thorough with the entire home buying process as she helped us hone in on exactly the house that we wanted in the location, price range and with all the amenities we wanted (not an easy task). When we decided to put in an offer on an amazing house Alex worked closely with the selling agent to make sure our offer was chosen over several others. Selling our old home was just as pleasant of an experience. We followed Alex's various recommendations and our house sold in no time! Alex has vetted contacts, whom are all excellent at what they do, for everything you need from home staging, general repairs to knowledgeable lenders and home inspectors. Alex is a one stop shop for EVERYTHING you need to buy or sell your house. Alex's experience, and knowledge for the whole buying and selling process is amazing and where the 5/5 rating comes from. The +1 is for the manner in which Alex conducts herself: courteous, professional and prompt. I can't recommend Alex enough and look forward to working with her again someday! We're sad we no longer need a realtor, for now, but we have gained a friend : )

Absolutely incredible experience. Alex truly found my family our dream home and we could not be more grateful to her and the entire process. She was extremely responsive every step of the way, very organized, and just a joy to work with. On top of that, she found us a lender who was better and more helpful than the one we had been working with. We were down to the wire on putting in an offer on a home we fell in love with on our LUNCH break and she stepped up and beat out multiple offers, all over asking price. I could not recommend enough, Alex will fight for you every step of the way and keep you encouraged the entire time!

Working with Alex was an absolute pleasure from start to finish!! Within minutes of meeting Alex for the first time, it was immediately evident that she had our best interests in mind. She was extremely candid with communicating pros and cons of potential homes based on how they fit our needs personally. She never once rushed the process or seemed inconvenienced, no matter how many dozens of houses we decided to view. Moving forward into the purchasing process was even easier! Alex very quickly became like family to us. She was extremely communicative and efficient. Not only was Alex able to provide us with recommendations and advice regarding every step; but also, she was able to calm and comfort us when unavoidable mishaps did come about. I truly can not imagine going through this process with anyone other than Alex. I had absolutely no idea what part of Atlanta I wanted to live in attached to a long list of wants. We started the journey of house searching in February and Alex always showed up prepared with extensive knowledge on each house in addition to local landmarks, or places nearby, so I could establish a sense of location. We looked at many houses, all over Atlanta, and never once did she make me feel like a burden. She quickly learned what features I liked and what elements were important to me before I even knew. It is such a stressful process, but Alex was extremely communicative, engaged, and positive throughout the entire experience. I can not recommend her enough!

Selling my rental property of 15 years while living out of the country in Mexico should have been a massive headache, but Alex made it unbelievably easy. I genuinely can not say enough good things about Alex and the whole team she’s created through The Tucker Group! As a first time home buyer, my husband and I had no idea what to expect or how any of the home buying process worked. Alex is not only knowledgeable and professional but she is SO kind and patient. I have a million and one questions about everything and she had an answer for all of them. We went with every single person she recommended (after doing a ton of research on our own) and not only did we have an AMAZING experience with all of them but we got the best pricing as well. If you're looking to buy a house, Alex is your agent. If you're not looking to buy a house, Alex is still your agent. My husband and I had a long list of "must haves", to the point where we were not fully entertaining the current market and thought we were going to have to do a custom build. Alex came to us with an off market property and got us in immediately for a showing "just to see"... famous last words - we were under contract in less than 48 hours... The drive Alex has for her clients is unmeasurable. She goes out of her way to handle things that she doesn't even necessarily have to handle, just to make your life easier. She advocates for you and makes sure you are 1000% comfortable with the decisions you're making. If you're wanting to buy a house but on the fence, or not sure if it's even possible - let this be your sign to try - Connect with Alex and I swear she will make it happen... it's kind of wild haha! We had the best experience with Alex! She was a total rockstar throughout our home buying process! Not only did she help us snag our dream home, but she also managed to get $20k off the listing price and had the sellers cover $10k in closing costs! (Which is unheard of in this market!)
